Natalie Salem - Employee Spotlight

Natalie is celebrating 2 years at OSEA, Inc. as Assistant Training Coordinator. Natalie initially came to OSEA as a summer intern after high school while she attended Genesee Community College. She is a quick study, eager to jump into any task and extremely professional; not a "millennial" by media definition! Although her primary duty is to coordinate our high-level training she has proven to be an invaluable resource doing a lot of “behind the scenes work”. When not deep in planning future training she is assisting with research and analysis in our marketing department, sourcing candidates, reviewing and updating client reports, assisting with training certificates for students and much more. When you call OSEA and hear that friendly voice answer the phone – chances are its Natalie. A fun fact about Natalie is that she enjoys spending time at the gun range, and is an excellent shot.
