Background: Gina is the primary Owner of OSEA, Inc. and has been an integral part of the team since the inception in 1991. Gina is fundamentally responsible for all training activities and Grants. Gina is the head of the finanical and HR departments.

Credentials: Gina has a Post Masters Certificate of Advanced Studies In Supervison and M.S. in Education.  

Background: John has more than 40 years of experience in the safety field, where he has become a nationally recognized speaker, trainer, author, and expert witness. 

Credentials: John holds a PhD; CSP; CHMM; CHCM; RPIH; CSC (NYS); CSS (NYS); certified NCCER Master Trainer.

Background: Gary has 15 plus years of experience in safety and construction project management fields.

Credentials: OSHA 510 Hr; Certified ARC First Aid/CPR; Fatigue Management; Business Management Studies.

Background: Greg has more than 30 years of experience in the safety and industrial hygiene fields, where he provides On-Site Safety Management Solutions for clients. Greg is a U.S. Airforce Veteran. 

Credentials: Greg is a certified NCCER instructor; USEPA AHERA Asbestos Management Planner; CAOHC; certified OSHA Outreach Trainer

Background: Jacob is an experienced business development manager and angel investor in multiple business sectors. 

Credentials: Jacob holds a MBA in Corporate Financial Management; B.S. in Chemical Engineering.

Background: Natalie is experienced in marketing; technological assistance; market research analysis; training management, project management and operations management. 

Credentials: Natalie has an A.A.S. in Administrative Assistance, NCCER Curriculum Proctor, and Erie County Notary Public. 

Background: Liz has over 25 years of experience in the Business and Accounting fields. Liz brings her skills in finance and human resources to our team.

Credentials: Liz holds a B.S in Business Management and an A.A.S. in Accounting. She has knowledge and special training in Legal Aspects of Human Resources as well as How to Administer Budgets.

Background: Holly has experience in accounting, office management, and data entry.

Background:Shana has experience in management and customer service. Management of employee health tracking with a safety team. She is a health educator with an emphasis on communication.

Credentials: Shana holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, a Master's degree in Health and Wellness Management. She has an OSHA 30-Hr. General Industry certificate.

Credentials: ATF and NYS Explosives license; Vibration Analysis Certification; Journeyman Electrician Card.

Background: Jim has extensive background of more than 20 years in the environmental, health, pharmaceutical, and safety fields.

Credentials: Jim holds a M.S. in Environmental Health; B.A. in Biology; CIH.

Background: Bob holds 40+ years of experience in industrial, safety, production, educational, training, facilities, and management roles. He also holds some experience in welding, machine installations/troubleshooting, and implementing workforce training.
 

Credentials: Bob has a Masters in Career and Technical Education. 

Background: Steve has over 30 years of experience in both construction and general industry safety where he provides multiple services to our clients in the Syracuse and Albany areas.

Credentials: Steve is a NCCER Proctor & Performance Evaluator; holds a A.A.S. in Medical Laboratory Technology; B.S. in Labor Management; OSHA Outreach Trainer; Veriforce Evaluator.

Background: Tom has extensive experience in operations, safety, and quality management that gives him the skills to successfully lead operations and manufacturing facilities to deliver maximum results in line with the organization's goals and objectives. Tom has experience with Lean Six Sigma and ISO 14001.

Credentials: B. S. in Business Management; and OSHA 30-Hr. Construction Safety.

Background: Jeri has over 10 years of experience as a safety manager and over 30 years of experience in training the adult learner.

Credentials: Jeri has a B.S. in Media - Communications, along with OSHA 10-Hr. General Industry and Construction certificates.

Background: Bill has more than 30 years in the safety, insurance and risk management fields.

Credentials: Bill holds a B.S. in Health, Physical Education; certified OSHA Outreach Trainer; CSP.

Background: Perry has over 40 years of industrial and manufacturing experience in machine shop operations, the medical device industry, and higher education. He has extensive experience with asset management including, preventive / predictive maintenance, LOTO, TPM, CMMS, Lean Sigma, equipment moves, guarding, safety audits, and is a former Fire / Hazmat Response Team member. He is also well versed in the complexities of government regulations, budgeting, and resource management.

Credentials: Perry is a Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE), has an AAS in Mechanical Technology, BPS in Industrial Technology and a MS in Industrial Technology. He is also a licensed private pilot and holds a commercial driver's license.

Background: Murray has over 30 years of experience in environmental, health, safety, and chemical fields helping clients solve complex industrial hygiene challenges.

Credentials: DSc in Emergency Management (ABD status); M.S. in Safety; B.A. in Chemistry; CSP.

Background: DeAnna has over eight years of experience with Safety and Health compliance in construction, including clean rooms, Nano Technology such as Intel / Micron and pharmaceutical projects ranging from large startup projects to accessing and consulting existing projects. She has spent a great deal of her time and experience on government projects throughout the United States which include N.I.S.T. (National Institute of Standards and Technology), Norfolk Naval Base, and Joint Base Henderson, Fort Myer and McNair, as an SSHO, or safety manager for general and subcontractors alike.

Credentials: DeAnna holds certificates and is trained with an OSHA 30-Hr. Construction, USACE EM-385-1-1, and OSHA 510 and 500 Instructor certifications, NFPA 70E, CPR and AED First Aid Certification, and Fire Extinguisher Training.

Background: Ray has over 40 years of experience in heavy construction, industrial hygiene and hazardous waste fields. Ray is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and North Carolina Air National Guard CMSgt. Veteran.

Credentials: Ray holds a B.S. in Science Education; CHCM; Certified OSHA Outreach Trainer.

Background: James has over 20 years of experience in the safety and demolition fields.

Credentials: James holds a A.A.S. in Food Service Administration; B.F.I Safety Professional Certificate; OSHA Outreach Instructor.

Background: Brain has been working in the health and safety field, in both construction and manufacturing, for more than 30 years.

Credentials: Brian is Confined Space – Competent Person; Trenching & Excavation – Competent Person.

Background: George has over 35 years of experience in hazardous waste operations, construction site safety, industrial hygiene surveys, and workplace safety training. George is a US Army Veteran.

Credentials: George holds a B.S. in Geology; Certified OSHA Outreach Trainer; Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response.

Background: Bob has more than 40 years of experience in the safety field, where he has gained experience as a safety engineer working on international and domestic construction sites.

Credentials: Bob holds a B.S. in Safety Engineerng; is a Certified Safety manager; Safety Training Specialist; and holds an OSHA 500 and 501 certificate. 

Background: Ken has an extensive 30-year background as a safety professional with experience as an instructor, tradesmen and labor management representative.

Credentials:  Ken holds UAW/GM CHR; Certificate in Project Management; OSHA Outreach.

Background: James has over 40 years of experience in Environmental and Safety Compliance as well as electrical contracting experience. 

Credentials: Jim has his OSHA 10-Hr. Construction; First Aid/CPR/AED certified; ISO 9001/2008 Internal Auditor Training

Background: Biagio has more than 35 years of experience in the safety and chemical industries.

Credentials: Biagio holds a B.S. in Chemistry.

Background: Dennis has over 15 years of experience in construction safety, providing on site safety solutions and mangement. 

Credentials: Dennis holds 5 OSHA Certificates. 

Background: Scott is an experienced safety auditor, fire fighter and investigator.

Credentials: Bachelor of Fine Arts, Commercial Photography; Associate in Applied Science, Fire Science; Hazardous Materials Technician; Trench Rescue Technician; Urban Search & Rescue Technician; NC EMT; NC Firefighter II.

We are greatly saddened by the loss of Kelly in 2019. Kelly was by far one of the best safety professionals. She was an amazing person with one of the biggest hearts in the world. We would like to share a tribute written by Gary Smith as it truly sums up who Kelly was. 

"Kelly was a big part of my start with OSEA. She was my first friend at OSEA. She showed me how to have fun, and be proud of what we do at OSEA. She showed me ice cream and beer really do go together. She helped me learn .... care for the men/women first, apply the rules second.....
Her tenacity and strength were shown in her success as a women Safety Pro in a tough predominately male construction world. All who worked with her, respected her. Her strength and tenacity shown even more in her battle with cancer. She believed she would beat it, and if you knew Kelly you believed it too." - Gary
