Michele Pratt Employee Spotlight

Michele Pratt is celebrating her one year anniversary at OSEA, Inc. as the VP of Business Development. Last year, Michele brought with her new ideas, sets of goals, and long lasting contacts which have helped OSEA to grow and succeed in the safety world. Michele has proven her ability to increase business to business sales and revenue in several industries over 20 years. Adept at developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies which have helped OSEA gain more clients and improve safety standards in many companies.

Michele is skilled in preparing and conducting presentations based on consultative sales approach. She is an outstanding quality account manager consisting of excellent attention to detail. Michele has strong territory development based on geography and customer size. She is the founder of Business to Business Networking Group for a selective group of sales representatives.

Since joining OSEA’s team, Michele has earned her Competent Communicator and Competent Leadership through Toastmasters International and she is now a DOL Certified Safety Consultant for Code 59.

Michele has been involved in the Niagara Frontier Section of Air & Waste Management Association for the last 15 year’s service as Education Chair, Chairman and is actively involved in the annual Envirun 5K race. She is also an active member of the Western New York Sustainable Business Roundtable and the Buffalo Niagara Manufacturing Alliance.

Michele’s time away from OSEA is spent serving her national sorority as alumnae president and advisor to the local collegiate chapter.

Fun Facts about Michele is that enjoys spending time at the gym, playing cornhole (not well) with her family and boating along the Niagara River.
