Over the course of a few months, we have diligently been working on a partnership with Walsh Duffield, an insurance provider who has been providing services to clients for more than 100 years. Walsh Duffield has an amazing track record, they’re a family-owned business and have been providing insurance to clients, of various types and sizes, for over a century. Our firm, OSEA, has been providing proactive safety services for more than 30 years with our services reaching 8 countries and nearly every state in the United States. We immediately found that our two teams strive for the same goal of our clients; keep their employees safe, avoid regulatory fines and increase quality and overall business profits. Additionally, we found that our teams work really well together on client accounts. I truly believe these synergies are a direct result of the leadership within each firm. We have developed great organizational, management and interpersonal skills within all levels of our firms which makes the partnership easy to navigate. We will be able to demonstrate to current clients and to potential new clients how this partnership can save them time and money. My entire team is very excited to begin working with our new partners at the Walsh Duffield Companies.
