Environmental Services

Environmental due diligence goes beyond simple regulatory compliance and enters into good management operations. Due diligence is a critical management consideration for operations review, addition of new facilities and sale or purchase of property. This best management practice utilizes regulatory requirements as a foundation but goes further in attempting to identify areas of environmental efficiency to not only maintain compliance but also achieve pollution prevention and cost savings through proactive programming.

OSEA’s technical staff of engineers, consultants, and trainers can assist with not only regulatory compliance issues and permitting but also hazard identification, waste stream documentation, and pollution prevention programming.
